New opportunities in the midst of the crisis

In recent months, as a society we have observed how a crisis leads to strong and unexpected changes that have generated loss of productivity and chaos in the country's economy. However, in the midst of the instability caused by the recession, some have transformed and found new opportunities in innovation and in supporting emerging needs. But this does not turn out to be the reality for the majority, many companies have tried to stick to conservative operating methods and today face serious financial problems, if not already in the process of liquidation. Without falling into the problem of generalization, this leads us to think that, although the current situation can be classified as a tragedy, perhaps the responsibility for how profound the effects of this will be falls on each person, or how willing they are to see new opportunities.

Despite the uncertainty and collateral risk presented by a new normal, adapting and recognizing the consequences quickly can lead to the development of strategies that promote future needs with new opportunities. The above could mean that in the face of a situation, companies can continue offering the same thing but in a different way, adapting to the new mechanisms and needs of consumers. Even getting out of comfort and looking for new opportunities (services or goods) that adapt to the changes. It is necessary to mention that collective action between companies, even between entrepreneurs, has a greater impact than when each one works independently or individually. Thus, a more affective way requires creating business clusters, sharing experiences and knowledge in such a competitive and changing environment today.

A pesar de la incertidumbre y el riesgo colateral que se presenta sobre una nueva normalidad, el adaptarse y el reconocer las consecuencias rápidamente puede llevar al desarrollo de estrategias que promuevan las necesidades futuras con nuevas oportunidades. Lo anterior podría traducirse que ante una coyuntura, las empresas pueden seguir ofreciendo lo mismo pero de forma diferente, adaptandose a los nuevos mecanismos y necesidades de los consumidores. Incluso, salir de la comodida y buscar nuevas oprotundiades (servicios o bienes) que se adapten a los cambios. Es menester mencionar que la acción colectiva entre empresas, inclusive entre emprendedores tiene un mayor impacto que cuando cada uno trabaja de forma independiente o individual. Es así, que una forma más afectiva requiere de realizar los clúster empresariales compartiendo en sí experiencias y conocimientos en un entorno tan competitivo y cambiante en este presente.
